SBAC member and Chicago Bar Association Treasurer Dan Cotter raised thousands of dollars for Lawyers Lend-A-Hand to Youth Program. The program provides mentoring & tutoring programs in disadvantaged communities.
On July 28, 2012, Dan lifted a total of 1,360 pounds between his squat, bench and dead lift at his annual fundraiser, Lifting to Lend A Hand X. Dan lifts and raises money like a walkathon, where people can contribute a flat amount or by the pound.
