I am a Vice-President of one of the top mid-sized land surveying and civil engineering consulting firms in the Chicagoland Area. Our firm specializes in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Land Development engineering and planning, Institutional Site Design, Roadway and Transportation Design and Land Surveying. We perform all support services to help our client's realize the full value potential of their projects.

Our clientele includes local builders and developers, national home builders, local and national real estate professionals, architects, retail, commercial and industrial developers, institutional clients, and public entities, such as local municipalities and park districts, Illinois Department of Transportation, and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority.

As a Vice-President, along with several other partners, my roles include employee recruiting and retention, marketing, strategic and growth planning, and project oversight, along with any other duties that are required of us in directing the company.

I was originally employed at CEMCON as a Staff Engineer, where I was trained in all aspects of Subdivision Design and Construction. I was also involved with software testing, setting of design and drafting procedures and protocols.

I also have served through the ranks of CEMCON as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, where I was in an oversight role, I was responsible for project profit/loss, staff utilization and plan set preparation and project management, overseeing a team of staff engineers and draftsmen to get projects completed.
