Progressive Public Affairs is your partner for government relations. For many clients, that means procurement, as a unit of local or state government can be an excellent customer, but it takes expertise to close the deal with the public sector.
There are hundreds of local governments in the Chicago region -- municipalities, counties, school districts, park districts, library boards -- and they all hire vendors of all kinds, particularly professional services.
For some clients, changing an ordinance, regulation or law is the objective. Our three-person team of registered lobbyists, led by attorney Dan Johnson, works with for-profit and non-profit clients of all kinds. The initial discussion is always free, as many of our clients hadn't initially considered how government can help grow their business, either as a customer or to improve public policies.
