SBAC CEO, Elliot Richardson, recently appeared on the Mighty House Radio Show to discuss the state of play in Springfield. Legislators may have passed a budget, but political gamesmanship colors every decision, and the state has a long way to go in implementing real reforms to strengthen our fiscal footing.
Now more than ever, small businesses need to have a seat at the table with decision makers. Partisanship is standing in the way of progress and creates a continuing uncertainty that is detrimental to our community. As a non-partisan organization, the SBAC is proud to work with elected officials from both sides of the aisle – anyone who is willing to stand up for the interests of small businesses.
