4/27 Talking Points

Advocacy: So much to update everyone on!!! There are many opportunities to engage and so much the SBAC is involved in:

In the City, the SBAC is working with the CLA (Chicago Leadership Allicance) and the IEJ (Insitute for Entrepreneurial Justice) to make the process for applying to get proper signage for your business more efficient.

The SBAC along with the Jewish B2B sent over 30 advocates to Springfield to discuss the current legislation we have in the session. We are optimistic about moving the Crowdfunding initiative forward

The SBAC Policy Committee meets the last Monday of the month at the Parthenon, if you would like to get involved or just would like to see the grassroots advocacy efforts take shape from the ground floor, let us know ans we will send you an invite.
