Here, you can learn from expert panelists with extensive experience in management consulting and executive consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, executive development, financial management, sales/sales development, developing customer loyalty, team building and employee development.

Mary Erlain with Peak Development Strategies is a published author, business coach, facilitator, and professional speaker, Mary offers business professionals the services they need to thrive in their business roles. She emphasizes the need to set personal as well as professional goals. Helping clients achieve work-life balance is an integral part of her mission.

Phil Gafka with LEAP Associates has worked with organizations on management issues and strategic direction. Working with management and staff at all levels of an organization, he has facilitated the development of Strategic and Business Plans, Marketing Strategies, Leadership, Management and Sales Development skills.
