We will demonstrate how to establish critical success factors (CSFs) for your business, why they are important and how to choose suitable key performance indicators (KPIs). What you can measure, you can manage. The implementation of a KPI system helps align your short-term performance to your long-term business goals by showing whether or not you are on target for the longer term objectives.

We will also look at cash flow as a CSF because if a business runs out of money it will cease to exist.
