The SBAC is a non-partisan, member driven organization that promotes the success of small business through political advocacy, support services and educational programs. The Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) was established in 2010 and represents nearly 800 businesses in the Chicagoland area.

The SBAC played an instrumental role in procuring the right for small businesses to have access to the state’s first consumer owned healthcare cooperative. Currently, the SBAC is fighting to lower Illinois’ excessively high LLC fees.
