Our goal is to support property owners struggling to fill their commercial spaces by connecting them with prospective tenants. SBAC has identified local entrepreneurs who are interested in moving their businesses to physical storefronts. Qualified small businesses who lease a storefront can receive grants to help subsidize a security deposit or assist with rent.
