Jacqueline Workman
Outreach and Operations Coordinator
Jacqui Workman is the Operations and Outreach Coordinator at the Small Business Advocacy Council, where she supports the organization’s advocacy and engagement efforts through event coordination, member outreach, and organizational operations. She works closely with legislators, chambers of commerce, business leaders, and community partners to coordinate legislative forums, manage events, strengthen member engagement, and support the day-to-day operations of the Council.
Jacqui graduated from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, concentrating in Strategy & Communication and Research & Analytics. During her time at Iowa, she developed experience in event planning, marketing, and organizational leadership by coordinating large-scale campus events for Hawkeyes and the Iowa City/Coralville community.
Combining strong organizational skills with a passion for relationship building, storytelling, and strategic communication, Jacqui enjoys bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences that strengthen connections within the small business community. She is committed to advancing the SBAC’s mission by supporting advocacy efforts, fostering member engagement, and helping tell the stories that highlight the impact of small businesses across Illinois.
